The slight curvature of the introducer forceps permits handling tunneling.
Here the prosthesis can be drawn in by applying the introducer
forceps directly to the prosthesis (alloplastic prosthesis) or can be drawn in by means
of the bulldog clamp {autologous/homologous prostheis). Thank to theinterlocking fit,
the bulldog clamp rests non-displaceable and securely in the mouth of the
introducer forceps.
